New Year, Slightly Better Me

First post of the year and we’re almost one week in! The goals are modest…

  • Keep energy level high so I can handle the day-to-day demands

  • Get more sleep

  • Stay hydrated

  • Eat high quality food - i.e. more avocados

  • Remember to be kind, to myself and others

That’s all.

My first accompishment today was drawing up the training plan for May’s marathon.

Now it’s time for a nap (goal number 2)
