Rhythm to the Day
There’s a certain rhythm to my days as I’m sure there is to everyone else during these stay-at-home times. Weekday mornings, I’m a barista at home - French press coffee for J., pour over for me. Then off to the office for J. We actually have time apart as he can safely distance at work.
Daily exercise is a must - morning yoga with a favorite teacher online. Walks and runs just in my neighborhood. Fresh air and sunshine most days, though this weekend will get hot.
Since I’m between work now, there are no zoom meetings to attend and I actually need to develop the skills to lead zoom meetings!
Fortunately, when the time comes to do that, there are many iphone photos taken on my outings that can be used for zoom virtual backgrounds which my kids showed me how to do, virtually.
