Back to School 2023

With Labor Day just past and fall around the corner, I thought it timely to do a back-to-school post. Though long past a formal student enrolled in classes, I make it a point to stay engaged in self-learning and personal growth. I try to fill my days with reading, writing and, though not much arithmetic, creating and curating instead.

The image above was taken on campus at University of California San Diego. A popular photography spot for those who like mid-century architecture, the picture shows the breezeway connecting two buildings on campus.

These days my class time is at the yoga studio and I do my “homework” in the living room, starting each day with a short meditation session.

Each day is different and I am grateful for the time to pursue my interests, with a student’s mindset, wherever they lead.
